We are currently hiring for a Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of the warehouse and tool department.

Warehouse Manager Job Summary

The Warehouse manager oversees all aspects of the warehouse and tool room operations, leading, managing, and developing our team. They ensure the day-to-day operations are completed while driving continuous improvement through new projects as our company grows and continues to build on the progress the warehouse team has made together while maintaining our core values.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Manages Warehouse Staff 1st and 2nd Shift
    • Drivers, warehouse leads, utility positions, tool room coordinator, tool repair, and receiving.


  • Manage company-stock materials for all disciplines and business needs.
  • Perform inventory management including conducting audits and helping to enhance &
    standardize the inventory process.
  • Oversee, ensure organization, and safe handling of all warehouse material storage, tooling,
    project specific items, and delivered materials.
  • Manage the company tooling function including budgeting and establishing life cycles for
    optimal performance.
  • Coordinate weather-related events to ensure safe access to the facility for employees,
    customers, & vendors.
  • Implement lean principles where possible to increase department effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with scheduling lead to maximize efficiency and punctuality with deliveries to job
  • Initiate involvement of the warehouse team in the utilization of Company software.
  • Collaborate with tool department to help improve tool tracking.
  • Manage and engage the warehouse team for optimal performance.

Education and Experience

  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Construction Management.
  • Preferred experience managing at least five direct employees.
  • Working knowledge of inventory systems, logistics, and lean principles.

Physical Requirements

  • Sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time.
  • Bending, kneeling, reaching multiple time daily.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Standard work hours: 7:00-3:30pm, Monday-Friday.
