We are pleased to announce that Thomas E. Kaspick was promoted to Sales Manager. Tom will be expanding his technical water treatment duties, to include soliciting our customers and educating them about our other products and services that we have to offer. Tom will report to Steve Eastbourn, Pre-Construction Manager and Tom will have two employees reporting to him.
Tom joined the Wm. T. Spaeder Co. in July – 2016 and has been instrumental in growing our chemical sales and service to what it is today. In addition, Tom was always mindful to cross sell our other products and services.

Spaeder began in 2013 where, among many achievements, he established standardized safety protocols which have decreased recordable injuries by 50%. Mike has also been instrumental in creating a strategic action plan to retain talent and attract new clients.
